The image of Thalía dressed with a golden armor, a crown of diamonds, red roses, pearls and with the heart in sight, is the one that presents the new discographic production desAMORfosis, the "most personal" album of the Mexican singer.

"The waiting is over! Welcome to my desAMORfosis universe. I hope you love this record as much as I have loved creating it for you!", The singer revealed on her Instagram account.

"A personal and intimate journey" is how Thalía evaluates the 14 songs that make up her new material, which mixes her strongest influences of pop, urban music, Latin rhythms and electronic music.

Since turning forty years old, the Mexican singer has been active in music and, in addition to producing a children's album, presented great achievements that now conform to the album such as La luz with the Puerto Rican Myke Towers, or Tick Tock together with Sofía Reyes y Farina.

Between times, the singer entertained her followers on social media with her extravagant occurrences, her sense of humor and one other good news such as her participation in altruistic projects like Latin Grammy in the Schools.

But something that left it clear, was that she continued to work on music and had dedicated part of her time in composing and learning to use the necessary equipment she had needed to make a small studio from her home.

Apparently, the result of their efforts and of their continual reinvention, has been desAMORfosis, a title created by the union of the words: desamor, amor and metamorphosis, which allows one to understand an emotional journey that one lives through the arrival of a new romance from beginning to end.

Some of the album's songs revive their original musical tales such as No Te Vi, while sounds reminiscent of the song Amor a la Mexicana or Piel Morena, both successes of the 90's, through Latin rhythms.

And with songs like Mojito, which she presented on the program The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the singer shows that she feels comfortable in the urban sound with what she has been experimenting with for several years, but that she has retained the essence of more pop that she characterize.

Thalía also show its versatility with La Boca, a collaboration with Banda MS de Sergio Lizárraga which show its doses in the Mexican region.

The production of the material is the responsibility of personalities from the music industry such as Tainy, Edgar Barrera, Maffio and Trooko.
