Thalia speaks about the professional, business and personal achievements she had this year
Although Thalía likes to "move on" more than living from the past, she appreciates that this year her music has triumphed, since her videos recorded millions of views and her social network appearances were a boom, like her "Tiki Tiki".
In this interview, the Mexican says she feels happy to be healthy, although she says goodbye to the year with a hole in her chest for those who are no longer with her.

How would you describe this 2018?
It has been the confirmation that when you live your life in harmony, tranquility and love. The answer manifests itself in every aspect of your life. I started 2018 with a lot of desire to simply live, to enjoy at every moment, my people, my work and my person. The reception of my album Valiente has been incredible and the unstoppable videos support.
In business has also been an exceptional year. My Thalía Sodi collection finally arrived in my Mexico with Promoda. I also took out a line of eyelashes with Eylure, exclusive in Ulta. And the cherry on the cake, obviously, are my social networks and my followers that I love and have so much fun.
And like the song... do not you forget the old year either?
I am not into the idea of living thinking about the past. I prefer to "go" and live one day at a time. But I can say that "Tiki Tiki" is here to stay. It was the most fun that has happened to me in my entire career and I enjoyed it very much.
What would be the greatest professional achievement?
It is a year of great feminine power in the industry. Names like Anitta, Becky G, Natti Natasha and Karol G, among others, have injected incredible strength. One of my successes was to follow my intuition when making a mix with my style and the new proposals that are being experienced in Latin music.
Did you have any stumbling block?
Thanks God no. The only great challenge I felt was to continue imposing a routine of exercise and healthy lifestyle. That does imply too many stumbling blocks, since my greatest weakness is food! So, there I do have to be very firm so as not to lose the step I am taking.
Was there a "oso" in your year? ('oso' used in informal phrase means 'embarrassing situation' in Spanish)
It depends on what you interpret as "embarassing". If what frees me, brings me happiness, smiles, joy, mischief and a sense of identity you call "embarassing", because the answer would be a resounding yes. The more I value my person and my way of being and interpreting and living my life, the clearer I am that it is inevitable to irritate certain people...
Was something missing to make you more or be happier?
Like millions of people in this world, we always need the loved ones who came before us. They always leave the happiness of a memory hanging. But thanks to the memory we can keep them more than present. On these dates you always feel that hollow in your chest.
Projects for 2019?
Sure more music! I love it! It motivates me, it makes me fall in love, it makes me dream. And I want to go on tour too to see my audience face to face and vibrate and sing with all of them.
Your wishes for next year.
To all my people I send a lot of love and a lot of good energy to start 2019. We are in times of great awareness, where it is needed more than ever to train our thinking to have a more positive vision of our environment.
